The 106 acre Becher property is part of the three parcel Cornell Hollow Preserve. The mostly wooded land was protected by agreement with the land trust in 2004. A flowing stream adds to the conservation value of this property which provides habitat for deer, turkey and a variety of songbirds. A small residence is located near the center of the property.
