This 97 acre property in the Town of Gilboa includes a variety of wildlife habitats, including second growth woods, open fields, and a sizeable hemlock stand.  Small wetlands and streams on the land drain to the Schoharie Creek, thus protecting water quality.  The fields are hayed by a local farmer.
